NOSA creating Oil Shale Brochure for release in October 2010
Two initiatives to increase membership were passed at a Special Meeting of the Sustaining Members of NOSA on May 11, 2010. The provisions of these two initiatives are described on the Application Form in the ”About NOSA” tab.
